You may have heard the term flat feet, but what exactly are flat feet? feet are a postural deformity in which the arches of the foot collapse, with the entire sole of the foot coming into complete or near-complete contact with the ground. Flat feet can affect the way you stand, walk, and run. They can also impact ankle stability.
